论文摘要

　　城市是人类经济活动最为活跃的地方，也是信息最为集中的地方。如何实现城市有序、可持续发展，城市的规划管理是一个重要的方面。随着网络信息基础设施的不断发展和完善，数字地球和数字城市的发展方兴未艾。城市规划所需要的空间信息和其他社会经济信息可以通过多种手段获取，分布式的地理信息服务成为人们获取信息的主要手段之一。

　　本文探讨了数字城市发展的前提下，城市规划管理如何契合这种发展的潮流。着重探讨了这种规划管理的信息系统的体系结构和规划管理的图文办公自动化系统的结构流程和功能。结合规划工作者的具体业务，对于WEBGIS和 OA及MIS系统的无缝集成进行了有益的尝试。

ABSTRACT

City has the most importat impact on people's life. How to keep the city continue develop is difficult. So the urban planning manager is a good theory to manager the city orderiy. With the information system of the nature and city rising, now WebGIS and Office Automation are a good choice.

This is focusing on this Urhan planning Mananger Information System(UPIS), analysis its architecture, prototype and gives it a model.

Think about the MlS/OA and GIS together to deal with the urban planning manager.

In the end,this make an introduction to the related hot spot in the future research in the digital city.
