论文摘要

　　数字城市是基于计算机网络和城市信息资源的复杂适应性系统。数字城市的建设，在构造基础城市空间信息框架的同时，亟需构建一个灵活、易扩展、可重用、开放性的信息服务平台。

　　本文提出了基于P2P模式的服务管理系统：P2PSMS。在详细介绍了P2PSMS的定义、组成、特征和实现之后，给出了基于P2PSMS的数字城市服务管理模型和平台的设计。并介绍了其在北京奥运移动综合信息服务中的应用。

ABSTRACT

Digital City is a complicated self-adaptive system based on computer networks and urban information resources. To build the digital city, we need not only the of basal urban spatial framework, but also a agile, flexible, reusable、open information service platform.

In this , the author presents a service management system: P2PSMS based on P2P technology. After describing the definition, the make-up, the feature, and the realization of P2PSMS, the author discusses the service management platform based on P2PSMS in Digital City. After that，he shows us how to use it in the project of Beijing Olympic Synthesized Information Service System.
